In 2008 an opportunity was born to be able to operate and manage a service that could offer families a personal approach to care that they needed for their children. After working for 20 years for major “players” in the corporate world of “childcare” I felt very disconnected as to why I first decided to choose my passion, working with children. With My years of experience and the first- hand experience on how tough it can be organising life around work and family, I wanted to make it easier for families by understanding what they were going through. Country Buddies was developed and bought to life by my Brother (Approved Provider) for all our services and myself (Operational Manager). Our goal is to offer a “home away from home” for all our children and their families who attend Country Buddies. I believe strongly in having open and honest communications, providing nurturing, loving and genuine care to all children and implementing amazing learning opportunities continually and consistently in all our services. This is my why I love what I am doing, to oversee all operations to make sure we achieve these goals for children and their families.
